Model Making & CAD

As a copy for the generation of casting parts so - called models are needed whose construction regulary is carried out in the CAD department. In the department for model making forming and casting equipment as well as core boxes are made in a measure 1:1. There, parameters like material shrinking, the material consumption and the taking out of the form are to be considered. The equipping of a form needs about 3-6 weeks on average until its casting application.
